- Our goal is to make it as simple as possible for
you the customer.
- We ship VIA UPS and USPS.
- To avoid or reduce fraud as much as possible we
will call a select number of orders during any day - as such please
provide a proper phone number where we may contact you during normal
business hours to avoid delays in your order.
- We will only ship to the billing address of the
credit card. If you wish shipment to another address you will need to pay
by email money transfer.
- We provide you with NEW goods and as described in
our web catalog.
- Our responsibility ends when we hand off the
package to the courier. If you wish additional insurance on your item
please add the same to your order
- Once an order is sent to shipping - it cannot be
cancelled. 99% of all orders placed before 2:00PM EST is shipping that
same day so there is little time to request cancellation of your orders.
All orders placed after 2:00PM is shipped the Next Day. We process orders
Monday-Friday with the exceptions of holidays. Cancelled orders / refused
orders are subject to a 10% restocking charge plus any additional charges
incurred by us on your behalf including shipping charges etc.
For all items under $250.00 Only
- In the event you make a mistake or change your mind
ordering an item we will accept returns if the return is requested and
granted within 7 days of you receiving the product and as long as the
following conditions are met:
a) The item is in its original condition
b) The item has not been opened or used
c) No UPC or other markings has been removed
d) The item is returned shipping prepaid and in proper
condition. All returns are the responsibility of the
shipper including insurance.Shipping charges are not
refunded and the actual shipping charges are charged
to the customer at all times.
e) The item is received back at our warehouse within 14 days of the return
authorization being issued. It may take us up to 30 days after the return
to complete your refund. We will charge a 15% restocking fee.

In the unlikely
event you received a "defective item"
our pledge to you is to replace that item as soon
as possible

We will assist
you with manufacturer related issues but cannot
promise/guarantee anything

We will replace
your defective merchandise using any one of the
following options:
a) Like Merchandise
- We will send you a RMA Number (Return Merchandise
Number) - upon receiving that number you package
and ship the item back to us (prepaid). Upon receiving
the item we will ship to you another unit at no
additional-charge to you. This may take 2-4 weeks.
b) Like Purchase - You may choose to purchase a
new item. We will issue a RMA number for the defective
item and will issue you a full-refund when the defective
item has been received by us. Please allow 30 days
for your credit to show.
c) Return - We will issue you a RMA Number. Upon
us receiving your item we will credit you the original
price less a 10% restocking fee if the item is returned
to us within 14 days of delivery and 20% if returned
after 14 days but before 30 days. We will not accept
returns after 30 days. No shipping charges will
be refunded.

No credit will
be given for merchandise that is returned and found
to be non-defective. Merchandise will be returned
to customer.
